Tangy Cornbread recipe


    6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Salad Dressing
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 (8.75 ounce) can whole kernel corn, well drained
  • 1 (8.5 ounce) package corn muffin mix
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, well drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper

    Instructions:

  • Mix dressing, eggs and ground red pepper in large bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix just until moistened.
  • Pour into greased 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes.
