Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh green beans, rinsed and trimmed1/2 cup margarine1/2 onion, chopped1 tablespoon minced garlic1/2 cup soy sauce2 tablespoons beef bouillon1/4 cup water salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add green beans and cook for 5 minutes.Drain and rinse with cold water.Melt margarine in a large saucepan over high heat. Mixing well, add green beans, onions and garlic. Stir in soy sauce. While stirring, add bouillon and water. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
