Tender Beef Teriyaki Skewers recipe |

Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can DOLE® Pineapple Chunks1 pound top round steak, cubed1/2 cup bottled honey teriyaki or teriyaki marinade and sauce, divided1 large DOLE Green or Red Bell Pepper, cut into chunks
Instructions:
Place steak in shallow non-metallic dish. Pour 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce over steak. Cover, marinate 15 minutes in refrigerator.Thread pineapple chunks, steak and bell peppers onto skewers.Brush with remaining marinade.Grill or broil 8 to 12 minutes turning and brushing occasionally with marinade during grilling. Discard any remaining marinade. Serve with rice, if desired.
