Tender Beef Teriyaki Skewers recipe


    4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 (20 ounce) can DOLE® Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 pound top round steak, cubed
  • 1/2 cup bottled honey teriyaki or teriyaki marinade and sauce, divided
  • 1 large DOLE Green or Red Bell Pepper, cut into chunks

    Instructions:

  • Place steak in shallow non-metallic dish.
  • Pour 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce over steak.
  • Cover, marinate 15 minutes in refrigerator.
  • Thread pineapple chunks, steak and bell peppers onto skewers.
  • Brush with remaining marinade.
  • Grill or broil 8 to 12 minutes turning and brushing occasionally with marinade during grilling.
  • Discard any remaining marinade.
  • Serve with rice, if desired.
