Ingredients:
1 banana1/2 apple1 kiwi, peeled1/2 cup frozen mixed berries1 cup orange juice1/2 cup soy milk1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt1/2 cup tofu3 tablespoons unsalted natural peanut butter2 tablespoons aloe vera juice2 tablespoons flaxseed oil1 teaspoon barley grass powder (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine banana, apple, kiwi, mixed berries and orange juice.Blend until smooth.Add soy milk, yogurt, tofu, peanut butter, aloe vera juice, flaxseed oil, and barley grass powder.Blend again until well blended.Pour into glasses and serve.
