Three Cranberry Relish recipe |

Ingredients:
1 pound cranberries1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate1 1/2 cups sweetened-dried cranberries1/4 cup orange juice2/3 cup white sugar1 tablespoon orange zest
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a 3 quart sauce pan and cook over medium heat until cranberries pop.Serve warm or cold.As it the relish sits it thickens up.
