Ingredients:
1 pound firm tofu, crumbled2 carrots, grated1 cucumber, cleaned and diced6 green onions, chopped2 cups fresh peas1 (2 ounce) can chopped black olives1/4 cup teriyaki sauce2 tablespoons Dijon-style prepared mustard
Instructions:
In a medium size mixing bowl combine tofu, carrots, cucumber, green onions, assorted vegetables, black olives, teriyaki sauce and Dijon mustard.Mix well.
