Tomato, Basil, Pine Nut Dressing recipe |

Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil1/2 cup balsamic vinegar1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, sliced1/3 cup pine nuts, chopped2 tablespoons water1/8 teaspoon white sugar
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, pine nuts, water, and sugar.Cover, and refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight.
