Turkey Bolognese Sauce recipe |

Ingredients:
2 pounds ground turkey2 onions, minced4 cloves garlic, minced3/4 cup grated carrots1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil2 tablespoons minced jalapeno peppers1 cup milk1 1/2 cups white wine2 (28 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes1 tablespoon tomato paste1 pound spaghetti1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
In large saucepan over medium heat, cook turkey, onion, garlic, carrot, basil and jalapeno until turkey is brown. Pour in milk, reduce heat to low, and simmer until reduced by one-third. Stir in wine and reduce again. Pour in tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer 3 hours more.Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Toss with tomato sauce and top with Parmesan. Serve.
