Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) package soft tofu1/2 cup soy milk1/2 cup white sugar1 tablespoon vanilla extract1/4 cup maple syrup1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).In a blender, combine the tofu, soy milk, sugar, vanilla extract and maple syrup.Blend until smooth and pour into pie crust.Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.Remove from oven and allow to cool; refrigerate until chilled.
