Warm Chicken Caesar Wraps recipe


    4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 8 Tyson® Individually Fresh Frozen Boneless, Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup uncooked instant rice
  • 3/4 (8 ounce) bottle fat-free Caesar salad dressing
  • 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup seasoned croutons (optional)

    Instructions:

  • Wash hands.
  • Rinse chicken to remove ice glaze.
  • Wash hands.
  • Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high.
  • Add chicken; cook 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and done (internal temp 170 degrees F).
  • Add water.
  • Bring to a boil; add rice.
  • Cover, remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  • Stir in salad dressing.
  • Fill each tortilla with lettuce, chicken and rice mixture, tomatoes and croutons.
  • Fold in sides of tortilla and then roll up.
  • Serve with black beans and fresh fruit, if desired.
  • Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
