Warm Olive Oil-Garlic Dip with Olives and Country Bread recipe |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil1 tablespoon butter2 cloves garlic, minced1 (2 ounce) can anchovy fillets, mashed 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley, choppedFresh black pepper1 (6 ounce) jar Lindsay® Sicilian Whole Olives, drained6 slices country bread
Instructions:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat oil and butter until bubbly.Add garlic.Reduce heat to low and cook until garlic is fragrant; do not allow garlic to brown.Add anchovies and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.Remove from heat; stir in chives and parsley.Season with pepper.Serve warm with olives and bread, for dipping.
