Ingredients:
2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour4 eggs1 1/4 cups milk1/3 cup butter
Instructions:
Mix flour, eggs and milk in a blender until smooth.Let sit for 1 hour, then put butter in a casserole dish and melt. Add batter.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).Bake pudding for 20 minutes in preheated oven, then lower temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for another 15 minutes.When golden, cut up and serve.
