Zesty Hominy and Cheese recipe |

Ingredients:
3 (15 ounce) cans white hominy, drained1 (8 ounce) container sour cream2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).In a 2 quart casserole dish, mix together hominy, sour cream, cheddar cheese, chilies and cayenne pepper.Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until heated through.
